I want to teach English to people who are from countries where English is not a usual medium of communication. But I have no idea where and how to start and even if I did then I don’t even how to continue the course. Is there some sort of a curriculum for absolute beginners in both reading, writing and speaking?

Solution : There isn’t a single curriculum because all learners are different. For example, if I were teaching a group of business people I’d teach them different English than if I were teaching a group of teenagers taking an exam or a group of adults learning English to go on holiday to England.

But at the beginners level there are a few basics you need to get sorted out: introductions, greetings, numbers, everyday nouns and phrases, etc.

I would strongly recommend getting a bit of training in if you don’t already have it!
